I had an excellent experience with the purchase of my Ford F-150 from Cloninger Ford and particularly with my salesperson Corbin Peele. The entire transaction was done from the comfort of my home. Corbin was extremely transparent, courteous, and helpful. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly and helped me sort through tow statistics after the deal. I especially liked that there was no dealer "nonsense" involved. No ridiculous nitrogen-filled tires, etched "safety" features or $500 Scotchguard added to the price. Once the deal was done, the truck was quickly (within two hours) delivered to my front doorstep from Salisbury to Asheville - and this was on a Saturday, typically a dealership's busiest day. A super nice truck at a very fair price. I would certainly not hesitate to deal with or to recommend Corbin and Cloninger Ford for anyone looking for a new or used car or truck.

Corbin is the diamond in the crown of CLONINGER Ford. He is knowledgeable, professional and makes the car buying experience a pleasure. Dylan went out of his way to come to my house on his day off and appraise two cars which the dealership purchased. Mr Bill took me home(50 miles) after I purchased a truck that I left for new tires and took my other car to the dealership. He was a pleasure to ride with and offered to bring my new purchase to me in a few days. Bill and Jason in finance were knowledgeable and fast. Rarely, do you see service like this anymore. Corbin is by far one of the best salesmen. Handled majority over the phone and once we were able to agree on pricing and trade in we went in for test drive. Corbin took extra photos for me because I was buying sight unseen. Corbin was available to answer all of my questions and patient while I thought a few things through. I've never bought a used vehicle sight unseen but Corbin made it very easy. The driver who delivered the vehicle was extremely kind and patient while I checked over it. I recently worked with Corbin on a trade in to purchase a used ford expedition. His communication was excellent and he really worked to make a deal happen. We had a small issue with the vehicle after purchase, and Corbin worked with the service department to fix it quickly at no cost to us! It was a great experience overall!

This is my second truck for Cloninger Ford in two years. We won’t go into too much detail about the issues with the first truck. What I do want to point out is how well Corbin (Sales) and Cloninger Ford took care of us as much as they could.
