Corbin is the diamond in the crown of CLONINGER Ford. He is knowledgeable, professional and makes the car buying experience a pleasure. Dylan went out of his way to come to my house on his day off and appraise two cars which the dealership purchased. Mr Bill took me home(50 miles) after I purchased a truck that I left for new tires and took my other car to the dealership. He was a pleasure to ride with and offered to bring my new purchase to me in a few days. Bill and Jason in finance were knowledgeable and fast. Rarely, do you see service like this anymore. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

In route between Virgina and Georgia when F-150 had a rattling issue. Called at 8AM asking to be squeezed in for service. Ashley handled the call, checked with the floor and got me in. Truck was looked at quickly and with some diligence they found the source of the issue and remedied. Out by 10AM and the cost was fair. Thank you!

It’s very surprising to see some of these reviews.  Over the last nine years, We have purchased nine vehicles from this dealership, It is always an excellent experience.  I also have all our cars serviced there and I believe they try very hard to do an excellent job and give great customer service.  As with all things, not everything always goes perfectly, but they are enthusiastic and kind people.  The staff treat you like family.
