My 2018 Ford Edge had A/C issues. After FOUR service visits to my local Ford Dealership (I refuse to slander the business name) I took it to Cloninger Ford. Charles M. was my service expert and Ashley was the service manager. Charles located the freon leak, ordered a replacement line, repaired the issue and I am so excited to have this problem finally resolved! Ashley was able to get my warranty to support the visit so the deductible was waived! They are amazing and I recommend them 10000%!! Thank You Cloninger Ford Team and Associates!!!

I can't express how appreciative I am of Cloninger Ford. We literally broke down going down I85 and they stepped in a fixed the issue to get us back on the road immediately. I can't thank them enough!

Great establishment to purchase a vehicle

Corbin did a great job assisting with my truck purchase out of state. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Great communication and overall a pleasure to deal with. Corbin took extra photos for me because I was buying sight unseen. Corbin was available to answer all of my questions and patient while I thought a few things through. I've never bought a used vehicle sight unseen but Corbin made it very easy. The driver who delivered the vehicle was extremely kind and patient while I checked over it. The delivery driver even went over all the paperwork! This guy needs a raise

Bonnie Cress is the most honest and hard working sale-person on their staff. She wont hesitate to come in and work a deal with you when it’s convenient for you. You can trust every word she says. She treats you like you are royalty, red carpet and all. If they don't have what you are looking for, tell her and she will hunt it down. Never buy a car from anyone else.

I bought my 2023 f 450 on line and my sales Person was Corbin and I absolutely couldn’t be happier from Corbin to the financing and the delivery people were amazing. This has been one of the best truck buying experiences I have ever had Randy Thomas

My husband does not like going to car lots or talking to salespeople, he also said it was the best buying experience he has ever had. Thank you Corbin for all you did for us.

Corbin is by far one of the best salesmen. Handled majority over the phone and once we were able to agree on pricing and trade in we went in for test drive. Rest is history we walked away with a brand new 2024 Timberline Explorer. Can’t say thank you enough to Corbin for taking the time and making this a smooth transaction.

We worked with Steven Worley, and he was exceptional! He gave us all of the time he had, was thorough and knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I really think we got the best deal possible on our pre-owned Dodge Ram. We got a much better deal here than where we live; it was with the 1.5 hour drive out of town. Steven Worley would also make a wonderful Air Force or Army officer or enlisted man, and should consider military service. Sorry Steven, had to add that, we just think you could do anything.

Wonderful. Friendly advisors and good service. It can be a little pricey but they know their vehicles. They also took me home so I didn't have to stay all day while my vehicle was being serviced. They also delivered it to my door at no expense to me. I love working with Ashley my advisor. She is very helpful.

It’s very surprising to see some of these reviews.  Over the last nine years, We have purchased nine vehicles from this dealership, It is always an excellent experience.  I also have all our cars serviced there and I believe they try very hard to do an excellent job and give great customer service.  As with all things, not everything always goes perfectly, but they are enthusiastic and kind people.  The staff treat you like family.
