This is my second truck for Cloninger Ford in two years. We won’t go into too much detail about the issues with the first truck. What I do want to point out is how well Corbin (Sales) and Cloninger Ford took care of us as much as they could. They have always been great and I would recommend anyone to give Corbin a call if they are looking for a new vehicle. Corbin truly went out of his way to get us they best deal he could and take care of us with the issues we had with the other truck ( issues outside of his control)! Thanks Corbin and Cloninger!

I recently received a recall notice from Ford Motor Company regarding a software update that needed to be performed. John Smith, Cloninger Service Tech came to the house and performed the update in less than 30 minutes. Very Satisfied. Cloninger Ford in Salisbury NC is still my choice for service work.

Who knew buying a car could be so easy? The entire process of finding a car online, viewing that car in person and BUYING the car transpired in one day. Kelly, Jeff and Demetrius were a dream to work with: they were patient, straight forward and (most importantly) they laughed at all of my jokes!

First time experience with this dealership and we had a great experience with Steven Worley purchasing a lightly used 2024 Bronco. Steven was prompt and professional. He is an asset to this business and went above/beyond during the sales process and after closing to check on some outstanding items with the vehicle part of the deal. We aren’t talking just a few days after but 3-4 weeks later Steven is still checking in to see if everything is good and we’re satisfied. This type of customer service is next level beyond what I’ve experienced in the past and sets the bar high for any in the future.

Had to have some repairs done on my 2015 Ford Explorer. Skyler was very helpful. Kept me up-to-date on everything they were doing to my car. It was even raining the day I went and got my car. He would not let me go get it. He went and got a very polite young man recommend asking for him if you need any help at Cloniger Forward.

The Service Department here solved issues that other dealers could not. I carried my F150 to Parkway twice and they did not fix the problems, Cloninger did!

The team at Cloninger Ford is OVER THE TOP AMAZING!!! They worked for a day and a half with me to find my perfect car at the price I needed. My salesman Joshua…was INCREDIBLE!!! He went to bat for me when I had questions and concerns. Bobby was AWESOME at helping me finalize my perfect price!!! But they did it!!! They got me into my 2024 Bronco Sport…my DREAM CAR!!!! Dropped my car off when they opened. Got help immediately. Was told would take 30 to 1 hour. Was done very fast, and right. Would definitely recommend going here. Got my car back faster than expected. Which really helped out a lot.

I recently worked with Corbin on a trade in to purchase a used ford expedition. His communication was excellent and he really worked to make a deal happen. We had a small issue with the vehicle after purchase, and Corbin worked with the service department to fix it quickly at no cost to us! It was a great experience overall!

These guys did a great job on my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica after a rear end accident. Parts did take a bit longer then expected but it was not their fault the parts mfg held them up. During the delay they kept me updated during the repair process and was very friendly, not your average your waisting my time attitude in fact the opposite. The work they did was great and the car looked like new when I got it back. I highly recommend..

My 2018 Ford Edge had A/C issues. After FOUR service visits to my local Ford Dealership (I refuse to slander the business name) I took it to Cloninger Ford. Charles M. was my service expert and Ashley was the service manager. Charles located the freon leak, ordered a replacement line, repaired the issue and I am so excited to have this problem finally resolved! Ashley was able to get my warranty to support the visit so the deductible was waived! They are amazing and I recommend them 10000%!! Thank You Cloninger Ford Team and Associates!!!

It’s very surprising to see some of these reviews.  Over the last nine years, We have purchased nine vehicles from this dealership, It is always an excellent experience.  I also have all our cars serviced there and I believe they try very hard to do an excellent job and give great customer service.  As with all things, not everything always goes perfectly, but they are enthusiastic and kind people.  The staff treat you like family.
