My serviceman came to my home and quickly and professionally installed a new rear wiper arm and wiper blade for me. It was very affordable and he was very efficient. Made it happen really quick. I appreciate how nice and personable he was. Thank you Cloninger Ford for sending such a great guy to do this small job.

Service was prompt, quick, and provided a level of quality that is unfortunately not common now. Skylar is great and Toyota keeps me updated on the process and progress of my vehicle from start to finish. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting but they are considerably conscious of people's time. I've visited several times now and each time my visit was more pleasant than I expect and much better than that I've received elsewhere.

My husband and I just purchased a slightly used F150 crew. Just what we were looking for! Hunter Gudat was our sales associate. Very friendly, helpful, courteous and made us feel comfortable. We would recommend Cloninger Ford to our friends!

These guys did a great job on my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica after a rear end accident. Parts did take a bit longer then expected but it was not their fault the parts mfg held them up. During the delay they kept me updated during the repair process and was very friendly, not your average your waisting my time attitude in fact the opposite. The work they did was great and the car looked like new when I got it back. I highly recommend..

Went in to get my oil changed. Ashley, my service manager, is nothing short of awesome! I go to her every time. She is so personable and shows she wants to help. She will bend over backwards to take care of her customers. I will keep coming back to Ashley!

My 2018 Ford Edge had A/C issues. After FOUR service visits to my local Ford Dealership (I refuse to slander the business name) I took it to Cloninger Ford. Charles M. was my service expert and Ashley was the service manager. Charles located the freon leak, ordered a replacement line, repaired the issue and I am so excited to have this problem finally resolved! Ashley was able to get my warranty to support the visit so the deductible was waived! They are amazing and I recommend them 10000%!! Thank You Cloninger Ford Team and Associates!!!

It’s very surprising to see some of these reviews.  Over the last nine years, We have purchased nine vehicles from this dealership, It is always an excellent experience.  I also have all our cars serviced there and I believe they try very hard to do an excellent job and give great customer service.  As with all things, not everything always goes perfectly, but they are enthusiastic and kind people.  The staff treat you like family.
