The 2022 Z4 carries over with minimal changes, while wireless device charging is no longer available.
The BMW Z4's low starting price brings it in for less than such heavyweights as the Porsche 718 Boxster and Chevy Corvette but pricier than the Mazda Miata and Nissan 370Z. The BMW Z4 offers handling that meets or beats than the Porsche but with more refinement and luxury than the Corvette. The Mazda and Nissan can't keep up with the Z4 in terms of performance even while the BMW matches them for fuel economy.
