I made an appointment just to get the carpet fixed we’ll put back in right, they had to remove a few items out of the car first before fixing it. Ashley promised it would be done by 5 pm and it was.I was unable to get a ride to pick up my car, Ashley offered to have them bring me my car. With in one hour I had my car all fixed right. They really do treat me nice . I always go to Ashley about any problem I have. They have had my car 10 days or more for every thing I have had to take my car for warranty s I still have to take backk2 more times one because when they took out dash in Augusta they did not put carpet on passenger side in correctly and I made an appointment just for them to tell me it will take 10 days and I m not able to get a rental any more because for stopped that and I have an appointment in may to fix the paint on back door no telling how long that will take I just can’t beleave it takes so long even if you make an appointment and show them the car what all is wrong why they can’t do sooner but the carpet 3 times I have asked them to fix and yet here it’s April and still not fixxed until I go in may.

In route between Virgina and Georgia when F-150 had a rattling issue. Called at 8AM asking to be squeezed in for service. Ashley handled the call, checked with the floor and got me in. Truck was looked at quickly and with some diligence they found the source of the issue and remedied. Out by 10AM and the cost was fair. Thank you!
